Homework grid
Here are some activities for you to try at home.
🐾 Animals | 🌦️ Seasons | ✈️ Travel |
Animal Hunt: Go on a walk and find 3 animals or insects. Draw what you saw. | Season Spotting: What season is it now? Draw or talk about the weather and what you notice outside. | Transport Hunt: Look for different types of transport (car, bus, bike). Count how many you see. |
Animal Homes: Match animals to where they live (e.g. bird–nest). Draw one animal and its home. | Weather Chart: Keep a simple daily weather chart for 3 days (sun, rain, windy). | Journey Map: Draw a map of a journey you take (to school, park, shops). |
Favourite Animal: Draw your favourite animal and say why you like it. | Season Clothes: Draw what you wear in different seasons (warm coat, sun hat). | Packing Challenge: Pretend you're going on a trip—draw 3 things you would pack. |
⭐ Choice | 🎨 Creative Mix | 💛 Well-being |
Choose Your Favourite: Repeat your favourite activity and try to improve it or add more detail. | Make & Create: Make something using any theme (animal mask, weather picture, vehicle model). | Kindness & Feelings: Do something kind for someone at home. Talk about how it made you feel or draw a picture. |
